To All Our Valued Partners,

 It is with our sincerest hopes that every one of our partners and their loved ones are safe and secure during these most trying time for our nation, communities and our security industry.  With more uncertainty ahead, we at Napco and Continental Access want you to know that we plan to be here to do what we can to help you through these times but want to make sure each of you are aware that there are product shortages already within our industry.  At Continental and Napco, we have a healthy supply of products in inventory to get us through these historic times.  Our concern is that with shortages from other suppliers, our product could be in far greater demand and could reduce our stock levels quickly.


Please be advised that due to supply chain uncertainties within the Security Industry, NAPCO/Continental Access will be honoring product orders based on a first come, first served basis.  It is strongly advised that you anticipate your product needs based on future possible supply chain availability.  Increased demand for NAPCO/Continental Access products based on competitive supply chain issues could cause competitive sourcing problems.  Specifically, please focus your orders on high moving SKU’s to ensure availability, including third party SKU’s, such as readers and credentials which are currently in stock with the most in-demand items. 

In order to accommodate increased inventory requirements, NAPCO/Continental Access will be offering additional extended terms for incremental stocking orders.
