If you send an email into, PLEASEĀ  provide all details including the Product type (CA3000 or CA4K), version of software and the question or issue you are experiencing. If you are experiencing issues with a panel, please note the panel type andĀ firmware version that is downloaded to the panel.

In addition to all the product information, please provide your dealer name, address and a phone number you can be contacted at.
