Continental Access – CA4K V1.1.x Service Pack 1 Installation Document has been posted

Dear Valued Customer,

The Installation document for the CA4K, V1.1.16  Service Pack 1 has been posted to the Continental Document library.

The CA4K, V1.1.16 Service Pack 1 is available on the Continental FTP site. Please contact Continental Technical Support for more information.

The CA4K, V1.1.16 Service Pack 1 includes 3 different updates. The first update is for the CA4K software. This update must be installed on all instances of a Complete Server, Workstation, Server Only, Database Only, Report Station and HCS instances.

The second update is for the CA4K,  V1.1.x Web Client. This should only be installed if you are using a Web Client and should be installed on the computer with IIS and the Web Client application installed on it.

The third update is for the CA4K Mobile Phone APP. This should only be installed if you are using the CA4K Mobile App. This update should be installed on the computer with IIS and the CA4K Mobile App application installed on it.

VERY IMPORTANT: Unlike the first two updates, prior to installing the CA4K Mobile App update, you must uninstall the previous version from Programs and Features in Control Panel.
