CONTINENTAL ACCESS – A Few Notes Regarding Software and Support

Below are a few updates regarding Continental Access software and support. We sincerely appreciate your business, and strive to provide excellent support.

CA4K, V1.1.54 Build 162 software is now available. It is available on the Continental FTP site. Please contact Continental Technical Support for more information. If you currently have a CA4K V1.1 software license, you will not have to update your license.

If you wish to email Continental Technical Support at techhelp@cicaccess.com, please provide as much detail as possible. That includes your dealer name and complete contact information, product type, version and the issue you are experiencing. Including as much detail as possible in the email, will assist with resolving your issue quicker.
